The Ministerial Association of the Seventh-day Adventist Church is dedicated to empowering pastors, their families, and local church leaders in proclaiming the everlasting gospel. It provides training and support to pastors, elders, deacons, deaconesses, and ministerial secretaries through initiatives such as spiritual growth, preaching, personal and leadership development, and church growth. The association plays a vital role in preparing individuals and communities for Christ’s soon return by strengthening and equipping church leadership.

The Demo Union Conference serves as the central headquarters for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the Northeastern United States and Bermuda. It supports and coordinates six local conferences in their mission to spread faith and provide resources to congregations across this diverse region.
